Changes to Common Course Matrices : For both Elementary and Special Education matrices:

  • Intro to Special Education: add Dine EDU 240 upon confirmation of Dine.
  • Intro to computer Information Systems: ASU change to EDT 180
  • United States History: ASU change to HST 109 or HST 110
  • Addition of SEI provisional 3 credit course.

    All Secondary Education matrices:
  • Intro to Special Education: add Dine EDU 240 upon confirmation of Dine.
     
    • Which Matrix for AGEC Changes :  
    Changes to Exam Equivalency Matrices : Elective credit will only be accepted for DSST Foundations of Education with a cut score of 46 if the test is accepted by universities. ASU already says they will accept tested credit for elective only.
    NAU and UA reps need to follow up to find out what their policies are.

    Record of Voting : SEI - Provision 3 credit course: It was moved and seconded that as soon as NAU finalizes their acceptance of the augmented, provisional 3-credit SEI course as a direct equivalent, that the ATF committee approves that it be added to the common core course matrix. The voice vote carried
