Change 1: In CEG PAGES for EASTERN ARIZONA COLLEGE: The cell corresponding to the row for EGR 215 (3) and to the the NAU column is currently blank. It should contain EGR 252. Change 2: In CEG PAGES for MARICOPA CC DISTRICT: This is a triple change affecting three cells located in the UA column and corresponding to the last three rows. That is, rows for ECE 282AA(1), for ECE 282AB (2), and for ECE 282AC(3) should contain the following two words each: Elective Credit. That is, the entry AIEX280B should be removed in all three instances. Those changes are described here as follows: Change 1: Cell location: column 1 (*), row 4. The current entry is: Calculus-based Physics & Mechanics It should be changed to: Calculus-based Physics (Mechanics) Change 2: Cell location: column 1 (*), row 7 (last row). No objections were presented to the adoption of these changes. It was clearly understood that there was unanimous consensus. Therefore, there was no need to vote. |

| Issues Raised : |
A representative from ASU (Main), Marilyn L. Hart, inquired about the status of the "Issues to bring to APASC" recorded in last-year meeting's minutes.
In point 10 of those minutes (Issues to bring to APASC), it was indicated that "The Introduction to engineering class has an articulation document which should be downloadable from the link on the Common Course Matrix. This would allow any school thinking about offering such a course direct access to the course defining document." Apparently, such document is not available yet for download from the link on the Common Course Matrix. The ATAC Facilitator attending this meeting, Randy Skinner, indicated that he will be contacting Amy Fountain or Gretchen Schmidt regarding this issue. He also pointed out that it might be the case that this issue may need to be brought to APASC again. |
