Central Arizona College

Family studies and consumer sciences students study the development of individuals and families as they relate to their social worlds. Topics of study may include human development from birth to end-of-life, family structures, social services. Program experiences like staffing a crisis hotline and teaching parenting skills can also prepare graduates for careers and graduate work in human services, public health, social work, and more.
